When using Black Berry Travel, Calendar appointments are not being updated with changes to the itinerary.
Synchronization to the Black Berry Calendar is enabled by default and can be modified if desired.

When a user is added to a Black Berry Enterprise Service 10 instance that has a proxy profile assigned at the server level and a group is assigned to the user as the user is being created, IT policy reconciliation will not complete for the user.
Black Berry Enterprise Server 5.0 allows administrators to manage Black Berry Device Software updates from the Black Berry Administration Service console.
To enable or disable management of Black Berry Device Software updates from the Black Berry Administration Service, complete the following steps: Note: If the Black Berry Device Software deployment managed by Black Berry Administration Service setting cannot be changed, this indicates that a Software Configuration containing a Black Berry Device Software bundle still exists.
If the values match the versions are the same and nothing will be downloaded.
If the values do not match then there is an updated version of the IT policy pack which will be downloaded and applied to the server.
Before removing the account from the Black Berry Enterprise Server, create a blank IT policy on the Black Berry Enterprise Server, and assign it to the Black Berry smartphone user account.
